97 Sundancer 300.   Approx 470 hours on boat.  Port engine professionally rebuilt 4 seasons ago, probably about 100 hours on it.  Fresh water boat.  Stand up head with shower.  Galley has elec stove, fridge, microwave.   Lot's of storage.  Interior perfect, no tears.  Lorrance navigation system. Wired for radar (needs new antenna).   Windlass anchor.  Full camper canvass, cockpit cover, and stern curtain.  Upper Eisenglass above windshield is cloudy, and zipper seams are starting to pull on that section. Still water tight though.  Rest of canvass in great shape.  Merc 5.7's with Alpha 1 outdrives.  3 Interstate batteries.  Does not have HVAC, but if you're handy it can be installed for around $1200.  Water heater is also out (bladder burst so I just bypassed it- new bladder is about $200).Comes with V-bunk trailer built for this boat in 2007.  Very little use, electric brakes, tires like new.
