BOSTON  WHALER                                            1978  Boston Whaler    model~Newport   17'Legendary Hull superb construction unsinkable pedigree.  Perfect for any waters, inland lakes, offshore, inlets, back bays and flats.  Draws 18"  Perfect fish, dive, pleasure or cruising. Powered by model year~2000 Mercury 115 hp OB Saltwater Series approx 436hrs, runs like a scalded dog!  Has a SS prop, SS skeg protector, new fuel water separator, newer marine battery in weatherproof box, has approx 12g WestMarine fuel tank, bilge pump, running lights, bimini top, fire ext, anchor/rode/chain, throw cushion w/straps, full boat cover w/straps, lower unit has dolphin plane finns.  Hull and deck is rock solid, no soft spots, transom stout no issues.  Had bottom power washed scraped & 4 coats of ablative bottom paint applied 5 wks ago.Includes a Float On Aluminum bunk trailer that's very solid has a good strong axle and cross supports, has ez lube bearings, has new wheels & tires , includes a spare tire, working trailer lights are elevated to keep out of the water, with mounted Boat  Trailer Guides.  Has a good winch w/strap, and includes misc. Boat equipment that comes with it. Trailer rolls at hwy speeds 65+mph no problem.This is not a perfect example.  It has nic's & minor dings, but none needing immediate repair or outlay of money for repairs. A VHF radio is included but needs to be wired. There is a Stereo, but it needs the speakers to be wired also. The interior components are good, nothing broken or damaged. The seat has the back~forward backrest, it functions good the covering is worn but suitable.
