I am selling my Dad's house boat project. This has been completely gutted and re furbished. All the pluming and electrical is new as well as the interior floors walls and ceiling. He doesn't have the time or energy to finish it. This has a Mercrusier V8 225HP I/O engine that rungs great. We just got a hull test and it read .28 is across the whole bottom.All this needs is a bit of paint on the outside and is an open canvas on the inside. The roof has been sealed with no leaks. There is Pine tough-en grooved ceilings and on the walls. The floor is rolled vinyl with access the under flooring. It has a new water heater and a commercial roof A/C unit with duct work that needs to be installed. All the window are in great shape, no cracks with a sliding door in the back.The options are endless with this boat. the mechanical are sound, just needed your personal interior touch. the Title is free and in hand.
