Hirondelle MK 1. catamaran, Sail No 74. Believed 1973. Named Kit’n (Formerly Bun Yip) LOA 22'8" (6.9m) Beam 10ft (3m) Draught 1'3" to 4ft (0.4 to 1.2m) Mariner 8hp Sailmate Outboard Electric start. New 5.8.98. Regularly serviced and in good running order. Surveyed 26.6.2011 No Osmotic blistering. Hulls in good sound condition. Hulls has been professionally treated with 5 coats of international gelsheild 200 Hull been painted with one pot Roller reefing Genoa, Slab Main. Sails in good condition. Mainsail cover. Spray hood a little aged, with zip on Bimini cover. Rigging sound Running rigging renewed 09.08.2011 getting a bit grubby now. Sea toilet, stripped and new rubber parts fitted. Autohelm Bulhead Compass Log/Depth. 2 burner with grill. Life belt. Boat hook, Good solid stern boarding ladder. There is a cabin table which I removed as I am 6’4” and could not get my legs under it. Just needs Anti fouling which I have not had time to do. Paint supplied.Electrics need sorting out previous owner had dementia coming on and cut all the wires to the lights for some reason, All there still though just need reconnecting. Engine starting and charging are fine.
Still ashore at Wareham, Dorset. All fees paid up but buyer to pay any further charges once purchased. Monthly storage, Launching etc. Just bought a bigger boat so she has to go.Listed elsewhere so I reserve the right to remove from here.
