Almost completed project to fishing boat,boat is a Cleopatra 700 old inboard and outdrive removed engine bay cleaned out transom resealed done by boat yard at considerable cost,has a full width transom pod fitted like the American boats rated to 250hp,its got a a evinrude 35hp pull start which was purchased in good running orderbutvhasnt been fired up since fitted 3months ago,,I have also got a starter motor and solanoid to convert engine to electric start il include them.stearing system fitted and temporary fitted set of controls with cables just need connecting,fuel tank is in engine bay,outside fishing area is all flat grp with nonslip tread pattern,removable panels for getting too builges does have a auto pump fitted with battery and solar panel,descent size cabin with good standing room space for toilet,sea cocks fitted wc just needs connecting,space for cooker,single burner included theirs is a forward hatch too,just needs weekends work to get done,is at the moment on outside pontoon mooring on south coast,newhaven,that's cheap I can include that or theirs a slipway at yard you can collect with trailer that's it any questions happy to answer,only selling as just don't have the time like I use to get it finished cash or bank transfer prefered
