If demand is low (though it rarely is), then we may also offer deals and discounts, so it's a good idea to give us a call.Our "handover days", where the boat is delivered to you and your tuition is given, are on Mondays and Fridays of every week. That means that you can book a long weekend, Friday to Monday, a short week from Monday to Friday, or you can book in full week-long blocks, up to three weeks at a time, Monday to Monday.Our rates for a long weekend are fixed for this year at just £250.Our week-long rates are just £700! A short week will cost you only £500!A fortnight will only cost £1400: The same price as one week from local competitors!Rates will vary marginally, dependent upon demand.A typical route, with us, will see you head out Westward on the Leeds & Liverpool canal, passing not only numerous sites of industrial heritage but also incredible natural beauty spots. The Yorkshire Dales and the Pennines fold around the Aire valley, where canal and river run alongside each other.If you are an experienced boater, then we can offer a different challenge: Ever tried venturing out upon the Aire & Calder, Calder & Hebble and even the Huddersfield Narrow Canal? The challenge can be greater on these canals and rivers, but you set the pace, enjoying the Yorkshire Landscape at your leisure.Of course, safety comes first and as such full tuition regarding the boat systems and handling is provided on your handover day, leaving you in no doubt of how to handle many situations.
