I ave owned this project for three years now no was intending on living on it once it was fixed up but have now changed my plan. It is 30. X 10 foot in size of clinker type build probably 1950 suire a lot of work but can make a great project and save lots of money if you want to live in London. It has a running 3.4 Diesel engine. I removed the old conversion because it was rotten. It has a safety certificate till next year and is licenced on canals and rivers for 68£ a month.
