For Sale - 44ft Schooner YachtThis boat is unique, you will not find another like her. She was built to her original owner's specification and intended to perform in blue water cruising. She is well fitted out with all the equipment neccesary to sail anywhere. All sails are included and all lines run to the self-draining cockpit midships.She is equipped with a manual GPS and separate plotter, echo sounder, radar set and VHF set. She also boasts a full galley with a new cooker, shower, heads, heating, manual capstan and x2 bilge pumps. She was recently surveyed and found to be in excellent, dry condition and valued around £45,000.The teak deck could do with a through clean and oil and a new water pump for the galley (part to be included). Overall the boat just needs a little TLC.Currently moored at Essex Marina, Wallasey Island near Southend. New owner is responsible for continued mooring arrangement.
