For Sale, our Westerly Konsort 29ft Bilge keel yacht (circa 1982). We purchased "Juno" in August 2016 but our circumstances changed dramatically earlier this year and we are forced to put her back on the market. She had been out of the water for a few months when we found her and she had been cleaned and polished and re antifouled. The hull was found to be epoxied below the waterline. The engine had a complete service and a survey was carried out to confirm her condition and value. There is no Westerly Droop, all the headlinings have been replaced and new keel bolts installed and keels were checked in the survey for flexing etc and found to be sound and ok.We have since carried out general maintenance and repairs, a brand new Wind X was installed on the masthead but still needs to be calibrated to the instrument panel. A new fresh water pressure pump was installed this year and we have invested further in bringing the boat back up to spec.Rigging re tuned, 6 brand new fenders, spray hood professionally refurbished and repaired.Sails & RiggingShe is a Mast head sloop rigged yacht with stainless steel rigging and stainless steel pulpit and pushpit. The fore sail is bent onto a ROTOSTAY IV furling system and the mainsail is bent onto the boom with slab reefing and contained in a Stackpak and Lazyjack system.ENGINEThe BUKH 24 ME is connected to the 3 bladed prop via AQUADRIVE anti vibration system and DEEP SEA SEAL. The engine has had a full service and is raw water cooled.GENERAL EQUIPMENTThere is a Calorifier through heat exchanger, (hot water).Immersion heater(Mains Electric).Coolerbox (12 volt).Gas alarm, smoke alarm, Lowrance Global Map 5150c Chart plotter.Sterling 1220ce mains Battery Charger.Navico Tillerpilot TP 5500.NASA Target Depth Sounder.Navigation Lights.Webasto Hot Air Heating system.Plastimo inflatable dinghy with new seat and oars.CQR Anchor and Chain, Remote control powered anchor windlass.Mariner 3.3hp 2 stroke outboard motor. And a selection of warps. The swinging mooring is paid up till early August and can be taken over by new owner. The outboard motor requires a service / impeller, although the engine runs ok there is no cooling water coming through, we have a quote of £130.00 for this to be carried out which I am looking into.
