Our Birchwood cruiser comes complete with a much sought after mooring in the centre of Narbonne,France on the canal du Robine with quick access to the canal du Midi, or the Mediterranean.The hull is strongly constructed of GRP, engine and gearbox are fully serviced and come with a 3 month mechanical defect guarantee. A matched 4 bladed Equipoise propeller drives her smoothly, she's manoeuvrable and easily handled by one person. She has lockable side doors for security. The dinghy shown in the photograph is NOT included. A used Yamaha 9.9 hp outboard IS included.She's sold as a complete 'Turn Key package' including freshly laundered bedding for 2 people, pots, pans, cutlery, full 13kg bottle of gas and ready to move on-board and start your holidays, you simply turn the key and begin your cruise through the largest vineyard in the world.She was lifted out 2 years ago, anti-fouled and all anodes replaced. The hull is protected by 5 coats of International Gelshield.1 main tank & 2 long range tanks with electrical transfer pump hold 450 litres of diesel. 2 interior polished 316 grade Stainless steel tanks hold a total of 450 litres of potable water, for safety all pipework and fittings to 'food grade'. A 75 litre insulated immersion heater tank supplies hot water to all outlets.The toilet compartment has a regulable anti-scald shower, w.h.b and electric toilet.The aft cabin has a double bed with brand new, unused winter/summer mattress, wardrobe, vanity unit and en suite manual toilet & w.h.b.The boat's very straight & genuine, she'll make a comfortable retirement home/family holiday investment.
