12ft Maxcraft inshore fishing or day boat (similar to Orkney Spinner) Very nice little boat with removable cuddy that give good shelter from the weather. Boat is in good condition, hull is sound, its in original gel coat (not been painted) so there are no nasty hidden repairs. There have been a few minor grp repairs as to be expected of a boat of this age, but nothing major. The interior could do with a coat of paint.  It is powered by an excellent Mariner 4hp outboard, it is a fourstroke engine so is clean and quiet. It has plenty of power to push this boat fully loaded against a strong tide/current. The engine has forward/neutral/reverse gears and is a longshaft. It is in excellent condition and is mechanically perfect, running very well with a strong tell tale. The boat is sat on a solid snipe trailer that tows very well.
