CANAL PUSH TUG " COMET "Here we have for sale our small canal push tug, built in 1989 by British Waterways, in their Goole yard. She was built with no expense spared and the hull is like new with no corrosion whatsoever. She has a Lister HL4 engine rated at 65Hp and a PRM 302D3 gearbox so has plenty of robust power for such a small boat. The engine runs perfectly and starts first time every time She has hydraulic steering and small hand operated pushing winches. She has a full set of anti vandal screens and the wheelhouse contains a small cabin. Dimensions ----- length 6.1m, draft 1.1m, beam 2.8m, air draft 2.0m. This boat has extremely low air draft BUT PLEASE NOTE IT IS NOT NARROW BEAM. This boat is only for sale due to owner retiring and is in full working condition and ready to go. It has a Boat Safety Certificate to March 2018 and is licenced as a workboat to end of December 2017. Based on the River Don at Doncaster, close to Jcn 36 A1M. Payment by PAYPAL but prefer BACS.
