27' Magnum Marine sedan, late 60's to early 70's, twin Ford high performance V8 engines and Volvo Penta drives by Holman Moody Marine. Holman Moody was the official racing contractor for Ford for many years. A Google search for Holman Moody will reveal a lot of history and information. A google search for Magnum Marine will show a lot of history for the Magnum boats. This boat comes with it's original Thoroughbred three axle trailer with hydraulically raised/lowered rollers and hydraulic brakes. Trailer is solid but will need restoration. All six tires are flat. Boat is basically complete, no major pieces missing. The interior and aluminum fuel tanks are removed for easy inspection. Seat cushions, steering assembly, instruments, teak wood pieces, interior trim, etc has been stored out of the weather. Hull is solid with no damage. Both engines ran when parked about 20 years ago. Both drives were operating correctly when parked. I have some assorted literature, paperwork and a Volvo drive service manual that will go with the boat also. This is a neat project with some racing history, it deserves to put back on the water. A deposit of $500 is due at the end of the auction, balance can be paid in cash at time of pickup.
