35' Coronado, 1973, THIS BOAT IN GOOD SHAPE BUT SOLD IN "AS IS CONDITION." Yanmar diesel inboard(RUNS GREAT),New exhaust elbow last year. electric head and holding tank, Roller furling, Bimini top, New interior cushions, Sail away or motor away condition. Newer main sail stored below. The original alcohol stove I never used could be upgraded. Fresh water system in place but never used. Hot water heater removed but easy to replace. Few scratches in the side from the previous owner may be visible in the picture. one soft spot in the forward starboard deck($1500 estimate to fix).Working depth finder. Not sure of the condition of the auto pilot.window air conditioner fits and drains in the cockpit perfect. davits in need of repair or removal. new davits are available if needed.I have the original cockpit cushion if you want them.
