You are bidding on a 27 foot C&C sailboat. This boat spent the 2015 season in the waters of Lake Superior and has always been a fresh water boat. It comes on a very nice, road ready, factory made trailer and comes with 3 sails that are in great condition.Two teak hand rails are currently off for sanding and refinishing.The Atomic 4 engine ran well and was winterized. The interior is clean , carpet was recently shampooed, and the cushions are clean and unripped. The kitchen includes an alcohol stove, and the head is functional. The shore power NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED. The battery power system works fine but a previous owner used improper wire in an upgrade. We just used an extension cord at the slip but the shore power SHOULD NOT BE USED as is.The other funky thing they did was to convert the fresh water tank for the head. This is a fun boat to sail and comfortable to live on. It is worth a look! Realize though, that this is a used boat and there will always be things that need fixing, polishing or tweaking. I will answer any questions to the best of my knowledge!
