This boat is built with a fixed, shoal draft, weighted keel made for sailing in shallow waters. I think the draft is about 3 feet. Most of it's life has been on a fresh water lake in So Cal so metal parts are in excellent condition. Equipped with through hull pump toilet that I have never used. It does not have any electronics or appliances. The floor was flooded so there is some water damage to the teak flooring and lower carpet areas.Newer main sail (10 +/- years? )with some light stains. One main and two head sails. This boat spends most of the year out of the water on a Trail Rite, dual axle trailer (included). The trailer has an additional, extra long tongue piece for launching on shallow ramps. A running 1979 Honda 7.5 HP outboard is also included. This boat will need new bottom paint and some TLC (see photos). One (of two) teak cabin entry panels is broken.Will provide specific photos on request. Boat can be inspected at Big Bear Lake, CA with an appointment. The boat is currently on the trailer. Clear, non-salvage title.This is a heavy boat so will require at least a 3/4 ton truck to transport. Trailer surge brakes may not be working (see photo).
